Core team
Research scientist, drug development expert, and global health and development leader. More than 20 years in research and biopharmaceutical leadership and more than three decades in community and international development. Co-founder of the Haiti Renewal Alliance and co-author of the first Global Diaspora Framework. Most recently Director of Global Pharmacovigilance Sciences at Moderna. PharmD, Howard University.
Gilbert brings expertise in advocacy, policy, legislative outreach, and lobbying, with a doctoral background in microbiology. He strengthens our ability to help clients navigate policy environments and advance priorities with government and institutional stakeholders.
